Caltronics Design & Assembly Receives ISO 9001 Certification: 2015
Caltronics Design & Assembly has received ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system after completing a rigorous certification process through ISO registrar, DEKRA. We engage in regular audits and our most recent audit was performed in July 2019.
Cindy Houdek, Caltronics’ President, said, “As a company dedicated to continuous process improvement, this certification exercise has been very well received by our production staff and the management team. We’ve all experienced how these improvements affect our daily work and, more significantly, deliver a positive impact for our customers.

Although Caltronics has long operated to these best practices business and quality processes, we felt it important to demonstrate our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction through this ISO certification.”
Caltronics has benefitted from having ISO 9001 Certification by identifying recurring issues that we have been able to resolve. Our team looks for ways to improve our processes and brings them to the leadership’s team’s attention so they can constantly improve the company. By building a culture of continuous improvement, Caltronics has been able to improve customer satisfaction as well as improving our production from our resources.
In working with companies that need ISO Certification we have been able to elevate our standing in the electronics design and manufacturing space and provide for customers who have rigorous and important standards to maintain by providing a framework for continuous improvement, risk management, a safer environment, and improved business culture.
