X-Ray Product Inspection
Using our state-of-the-art x-ray inspection machine, we are able to inspect the integrity of various products or assemblies without the hassle of disassembling and reassembling the components. This process provides thorough inspection of a product in a fraction of the time of traditional methods and helps prevent many of the typical causes for electronic system failure or reliability problems.
The most common uses for our x-ray inspection service include:
- Fast and detailed inspection of BGA solder joints
- Finding internal circuit board defects such as voiding, shorts caused by excess materials, opens due to insufficient material, micro-cracks and ball deformations
