Your trusted PCB manufacturing and electronic design company for over two decades!
A Tradition in Electronic Assembly Excellence
Dating back to 1995, Caltronics Design and Assembly has a tradition of ensuring our customers’ objectives are always met by using the highest caliber of service and engineering acumen in the industry. Based out of Stacy, Minnesota we can provide manufacturing services and in-house support from prototyping to production. Caltronics has an in-house staff of engineers that can help with electronic design and manufacturing. Focusing on small to mid-size manufacturing lines of approximately 1,000 parts per month or less, Caltronics is dedicated to facilitating the prototyping and manufacturing of products ranging from medical and commercial products to military, defense, and law enforcement. All of Caltronics’ systems are certified to ISO 9001 to prove that we are dedicated to quality management for your printed circuit board (PCB) assembly needs.
Rush order production can be facilitated in as little as one day and if you want the lowest possible cost the standard production time is approximately seven weeks. Don’t have a design yet? No problem, Caltronics has a team that can take you through the ideation, customization, and production phases and at the end you will maintain ownership of the idea. Our engineers do this by sitting down for consultative meetings and looking at your design and help you figure out what parts of it will work and what parts can be more efficient.
Caltronics Design and Assembly is a custom order PCBA company. Our MY500 jet printer, stencil printer, and MY100 service mount technology machine can place SMT parts on both sides of a PCB. We also utilize a selective solder machine to solder trough-hole parts which allows us to efficiently place through-hole parts on both sides of a board. These different machines allow us to be agile and versatile with the products we create and expands our capabilities to be specialized in prototyping.
The “Caltronics difference” promises you small-company service and attention, combined with big-company equipment, experience, and expertise. When you call Caltronics you get to talk to people who care about your idea and business and who want to help you achieve your dreams with our PCBAs.
Located just north of the Twin Cities in Stacy, Minnesota, Caltronics is family owned and operated and serves a client base that stretches across the globe.
No matter where you are located, our team of assembly and design professionals is ready to bring your project from concept to reality.
